So Excited to get back at it tonight! Classes resume after the holidays at the hall this evening. 45 minutes of cardio and weights. 45 minutes of yoga, pilates, and relaxation. Going to feel great to work out again. It's been awhile! Only went once since November. I've been thinking about getting a membership to the Circuit Breakers gym in town. I think it would be great fun to go there with Trevor, or by myself for that matter. But I already have a hard time getting the dog walked on a daily basis. And I have yet to take a swim in our swim spa. I'm scared of paying for a membership and not using it enough to get my money's worth. But I know it would be a nice option in my "get healthy" journey. I guess I should find out what it costs to join. If it's cheap enough, then I might as well add another exercise to the tool box.
