WELL...WE WENT TO "TRICK MY TRUNK" @ MY MOM'S CHURCH & .....I CHEATED A LITTLE :-( BUT...I WEIGHED MYSELF & I'M DOWN T 250? I GUESS WE WILL SEE WHAT I REALLY DID IN THE MORNING WHEN I WEIGH AGAIN:-/

Cheating doesn't affect weight as much as it affects cravings for carbs and subsequent cheating. Just get back on track and you'll find continuted success.

Gosh, isn't that the truth! Like that old cliche, "Bet you can't eat just one!" Also, I found that weighing too often discouraging because of water retention, hormones, etc.
