This is great! I wasn't really expecting much after that initial 4 pounds. I was just hoping to maintain, especially after that taco salad yesterday! But, I was very pleasantly surprised this morning! I still need to work on setting up a menu so I don't get ambushed by hunger without a plan--think I'll work on that today!

So far, I haven't experienced the "flu" everyone talks about...or maybe I'm just not recognizing it because I'm going through a "worn out" spell anyway with my other health issues. No headaches or crankiness to date, knock on wood that I won't get any in the future!

I know I need to add some exercise to my day, but right now, I feel lucky to be able to just get through my daily chores...maybe after induction.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
