Dropped below 190 for the first time in a long while pretty much by diet alone. Not bad given that I was at 197 on Christmas and only really started dieting with discipline this week. The new elliptical showed up today, but I have not had time to unpack it. While I really hate exercise as a matter of course, I am really looking forward to the weight loss, stamina, and natural endorphines.
