stayed within my points, but the halloween candy did me in...
at least i accomplished my first go at pilates! yay =)
it sucks gaining 1/2 lb...but it has inspired me to do even better in the upcoming week! no matter how sore my abs will be i am doing pilates 3 times this week. wish me luck! =D
216.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Have you ever thought about trying yoga? Pilates is kind of a take on yoga, but without any emphasis on mind/spirit. I'm still sore from my yoga class this week (holding plank pose for 5 minutes will make your abs feel like they never have before!), and the meditation really helps me to bring it all together and give me a sense of balance and focus (I'm sure you know how you can overeat when your mind is stressed, overworked, racing, etc...). Just a suggestion...have fun!!!
