Pleasant day today, started with a misty sunny walk along Neyland marina with hubby and the dogs.

Then out shopping for some new walking boots as my others are now leaking in. I also bought a nice belt to hold up my jeans.

I have done quite a bit of preparation for the next few days meals and made a rice pudding as a treat for the father in law, but we all shall have some later.

The plan is to go swimming tomorrow and look at starting some toning exercises.
