Change it up!!! Even making some small food changes, more protein maybe! Also lower your calories or up your excercise that can make a difference too! Hang in there! The scale will show results soon! Sometimes your body just needs a shake up to kinda shock it! Lower your calories one day raise them the next, even if you eat the same breakfast everyday, change it to something different. See if it works! :)
