My unofficial weight this morning is 102kg.
I went 449 calories over my target yesterday which put me at 102% of my RDI but I consumed almost 200g protein and under 80g of carbs.
I'm hoping for a new official weight tomorrow morning and today I'm having just 3 cups of green tea instead of green tea + coffee + coke zero.

May I ask what you ate to only give you 80g of carbs. I am struggling finding foods I like that aren't loaded with carbs!

Thanks LCFF. Bengal have a look at my food diary. I ate oats, Chia Seeds, coconut, peanuts, vegetables. You must Google a list of low carb veggies. Quality of each food is also key to keeping carbs low.
