Well, today is NOT going to be a "good food" day - my hubby wanted to eat out for lunch at a BBQ place, and tonight our daughter & grandkids want to celebrate his birthday (which is tomorrow). So that means we'll be picking up fried chicken on the way home, and there will be cake. Hopefully I'll make it to the gym afterwards, though no guarantees there, LOL! But there is some good news: First, I signed up for a 2nd 5K run in March, and second, the Theater dept. at the University I work at is going to do a read-through of a play I wrote, woo hoo! Maybe they'll even decide to produce it - man I would LOVE to see that happen!!! I keep saying our lives have got to be about more than just weight loss - we're losing weight to LIVE, not living to lose weight! I don't think anyone is more obsessed with their weight than I am (certainly hope not, as I think my obsession is probably a little unhealthy *frown*), but still I have other goals I want to pursue. What exciting things are YOU working on in your life?
