Well, after my first full week on You: On a Diet, I am UP 2 pounds. I don't really think this is the diet for me. It's too heavy on the carb intake. Half way through the week I could feel my carb cravings starting to spike back up. I had them pretty much under wraps for a while so a diet that is going to bring those back is not one I want to be on. I think I am going to switch to the South Beach diet and see how that goes.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I was on You: On a Diet. I read the book and I think Dr. Oz was not clear enough as to what you can and can not have. Except eat lots of fiber and watch calories. I switched to South Beach Diet. By checking on fatsecret I found that people are loosing a lot more on this diet. And a lot of people are not loosing much on You: On a Diet We could work together.
