Well, after my first full week on You: On a Diet, I am UP 2 pounds. I don't really think this is the diet for me. It's too heavy on the carb intake. Half way through the week I could feel my carb cravings starting to spike back up. I had them pretty much under wraps for a while so a diet that is going to bring those back is not one I want to be on. I think I am going to switch to the South Beach diet and see how that goes.
