As of this morning, first thing out of bed...
But 220.1 (clothed) at my weigh-in at the clinic (every teusday at lunch).
And it hurt getting the B12 shot, normally it doesn't, they said that shows I'm holding water (a tanker truck comes to my mind, a big and round cylinder just stand it up, paint on a face..me).
Does seem counter-intuitive, drink water to loose water...
guess that's why sharks are so lean and mean... ;)
