Mike came over yesterday with a pizza from FunHouse Pizza. I had 3 pieces of delicious, cheesy, sausage-with-everything pizza . . . and then I stopped. Mike offered to leave the rest, but I resisted, and, for once, it wasn't all that hard. Yay, me! I did NOT follow up by binging on high carb sweets as I previously would have. Following Vi's example, I went right back to keto.
I feel pretty good right now, having finished two cups of coffee w/cream and coconut oil!
