Well I am in work on a late, second shift of 4 in a row and I do feel tired today.

I just don't feel like i have enough time in the day at the moment and in the evening I am falling asleep nearly as soon as i sit down. I haven't even been able to read some of your journals, or even respond to them. I did try yesterday, but didn't get very far. If this is me on 3 days a week, goodness knows what I will be like when i am back to 5 days in April.

Now I am back in work, i am feeling a little stressed and i have to catch up on courses (mandatory) and study and I think my 8 days off after i finish on Wednesday will be spent doing some of that.

I will have to have a good old think about things, at least my diet is still good and i continue to log foods every day on the phone app, i have never missed doing that yet.

Anyway take care buddies and i'll catch up with you soon!

Debbie well done on keeping up the logging, and the diet and exercise in fact. You are doing great! April is still a while off. By then the clocks will have changed, and you'll be a heap slimmer too, so I think you'll just find you have a lot more energy 😀

It will take a while to get back into the swing of things after being away from work for so long. Hope you have a good week anyway.

Bowd, you have to be gentle on yourself. No point stressing yourself about the things you can't do if you just can't do them. April is a way off, as Heidi says. Spring is always a cheering time. Hang on in there and sock it to them!

Feel for your Bowd . You are settling down to the routine of your work life, and whatever that entails. The trouble is work does not accommodate it . The reality of getting back to work is a but of a misnomer after an illness etc. There are always a lot of good words from bosses, but they can soon forget. I think you when you are conscientious and hardworking it can be difficult. Now you really must not feel guilty about letting your work down Bowd. Your health HAS to come first. Be brave and slow yourself a notch, or just tell whoever you need to that you are not up to as much just yet. Don't be hard on yourself for the sake of your work Xxx😍😘

Thanks Heidi,yes I have tried to remain consistent with my healthy lifestyle. This is the best I have done for many years using FS community and the app. It is taking a while to get into the swing of things Doobrie, but I am sure that I should be better organised by the end of March. Thanks Snoop I know you are right and I am really trying not to stress about things. If I can't get things done then I will have to do it at a later time or date. Thank you Mrs M, you are right on and I have slowed down a bit. I just quite haven't managed to get a work/home balance. I think it is more difficult with me working shifts. Especially late into early. I will get there, I know I will. Thanks again for your support buddies 🙂

Work is a big drain on time. These days I struggle to find time for work.

That is similar to how i feel Jocko after 8 months off. But unfortunately i have to work 😣
