I believe yesterday was one of the hardest days for me in terms of life experiences.
The strange thing was that I wasn't hungry! As a matter of fact I only had 181 calories by dinner time.
I ate a good dinner and ended up at 1400 calories including 2 glasses of wine. (I know I shouldn't drink, but what the heck)

If you're stressed (which I gather may be the case from your recent journal entries) somtimes your appetite can just go away for a while. The important thing is to remember that you have to fuel your body, even if it doesn't think it's hungry. Just stick with light things, and you should stay on track.
