I cant believe that im doing so well. im well into my second week and don't think ill be stopping anytime soon. im already feeling more confident and that's what i needed. the sad part is im just waiting to screw up like i usually do and then spiral down. i really hope Its going to be different this time. crossing my fingers.

It's a process... after a few weeks of sticking with it. you'll develop new habits. I left the grocery earlier today without any potato chips in my cart, and I never thought I'd be able to do that!

Yes i agree. It will take time i need to breath and just take it day by day. Yay for you it will be a good day when i do that but for me its chocolate.

I know that feeling well..."don't screw up, you're gonna blow it", etc...Take it one day/meal/hour at a time and replace stinkin' thinkin' with I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS! You are doing AWESOME!

have an exersize day which you can enjoy little higher cal meals this will help you not to screw your gains the exercise will flatten the cals

oh that is a good idea. I think im going to start doing that. Right now i dont have a gym but will be getting a membership real soon.

if you screw up, just try to bounce back as soon as possible to your plan. They say that what makes successful people successful is the ability to bounce back quickly after a fail, not never screw up.
