Well it worked! I kept my carbs low yesterday, didn't eat or snack after dinner. Ate very very healthy all day. So I lost 2 pounds (that I gained over dinner Monday night). So happy to see hard work pay off. I also exercised with pilates 45 minutes, 15 minutes of ab exercised and 20 minutes of brisk walking pushing a stroller. Plus I worked all day! On my way to my mom's today with a successful goal accomplished. 125 by today and I did it, barely! I can't do this everyday though cuz my body would go into starvation mode and we don't want that.
