I broke my Dry Fast yesterday starting with a Water Fast for most of the day and then I had some melons and pineapple in the evening, my stomach didn't hold the fruits too long though...still recovering from the dry fast but at least I have more energy today, I am still having sleep issues due to the fasts.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On my dry fasts, some days I just have to have a mid afternoon coffee.
