I have set myself a few new goals that and feel it could be difficult to get to but i will try my hardest. At the end of the month my GF goes home for 3 and a half months and I will not get to see her in that time. The first goal is to get out of the 140s before she goes home. I will then fly up to see her mid april and my next goal is to lose 10 more Kgs in the period I am not with her, so that she will be surprised when she see's me.

A big ask but something to aim to.
