Ok I weighed myself but gained a pound I didnt post it because I dont know how accurate it was... I had been up for two hours drinking coffee already... (i am totally addicted to coffee... I traded in my food addiction for it)... I know I know bad me... lol, anyway posted my picture today EWWWWWW! lol Geez... I have been double checking and rereading my posts and comments... do I really sound as negative as I think I do? I'm really not ya know... I better work a little on my attitude along with my weight... Ill check in later have a great day everyone... Wonder if i should start weighing in only once a week... but I am a firm believer that if I weigh myself everyday it keeps me in check and I can figure out what I did the day before if I gain... oh well something to ponder on.. later :)

Sometimes what you eat doesn't affect you until days later, so you can't really evaluate your food choices by what you lose or gain in one day. Keep a food journal and see how it affects you over a period of time. Having too much salt and other factors can affect your daily loss, but over a week you can see the oveall effect of the nutritional content of your food, it also helps for consistency.
