Feeling good today! Thought I'd mention one of my new favorite things. It is the Extreme Wellness High Fiber, Low Carb Tortillas. Only 50 calories, 4 grams of protein, and a whopping 11 grams of fiber. I just toss in some meat or eggs, with lettuce, raw onion and a little Miracle Whip Light. This wrap is both filling and delicious. I would eat these wraps even if I wasn't dieting! However, even though they say 'low carb' I think they might have too many carbs for someone on Atkins.
