I am starting new, after having a rocky end to last year I have decided to start over in 2012.

This year I promise to be nicer to myself. I have set more mini goals (I'm calling them weight loss sprints) and I will look fabulous come Christmas 2012. I want to weigh 75 kg by the beginning of June for my birthday and 65 by September for my 5th anniversary with my boyfriend. Then I want to maintain 65 until December to show myself that I can!

My New Year's resolutions are:
1. Lose 29 kg (from 94kg to 65kg)
2. Weigh 75 by my birthday
3. Exercise for 300 minutes per week (6 x 50 min sessions)
4. Eat Healthy and to not starve myself: 5-7 Meals per day, ALWAYS eat protein when I eat carbs, NO CARBS AFTER 4PM, 5 fruit and veg per day.
5. Keep a diary to log workouts, always vent in my diary instead of resorting to food. (I will not resort to food)
6. Sleep at least 7 hours per night, aim for 8.
7. Think of something positive every day.
199.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
