I promised myself I'd be really strict about food during the week, but not on the weekends. Friday night I indulged a bit, probably went way over my 1400 cal allotment, but declared it the weekend so...whatev. Saturday I ate what I wanted but, honestly, if I did go over the 1400 it wasn't by much. Same for Sunday. In other words, I promised myself I wouldn't log everything and get all picky about it, and I still did pretty okay overall.
