11 days of keto. Today begins 36 hours of high carbohydrate. This is to replace muscle glycogen, which will make the muscles fuller and rounder.
I started with pancakes, eggs and bacon.
I love how fluffy pancakes soak up the egg yolk.
Drove to Provo to drop off the mortgage payment during a fucking blizzard. all the stress is jacking my cortisone levels.
For lunch I had a whopper junior with extra fries.
