Had a really good day yesterday, nice long walk with the dogs and a friend and her dogs. The sun was shining and it was so mild. So today i woke up feeling really refreshed and not bloated like the last few days. I weighed again and was just slightly under 12 stone, yippee!

I have been swimming and swam half a mile this morning (32 lengths) and i feel really good for it. I am now back on track with healthy eating. I have not eaten chocolate, biscuits, or cake since Tuesday thank goodness!

So hopefully when i weigh tomorrow i will be nearer to my pre Christmas weight, fingers and toes crossed!

Thanks all, you do make me laugh Mrs M. I had to do it now because I was starting to feel like I was going backwards and 3.5 pounds in 4 days is a lot and it shocked me just how quick it goes back on! it doesn't come off that easy does it? I will still have a few nibbles over the weekend, but I am going to try to stay away from the sweet stuff and try to stay within my RDI as much as possible.
