I just want to poop!!!

One of the things that can happen on Atkins is constipation. Make sure you are getting enough fat (I use mainly olive oil) and another thing that would help is chia seeds.

Thanks. I will try that. I've been taking benefiber(sugar free) and drinking a ton of water...no luck yet
