tonight is new years eve and my last chance to eat--after this i MUST start eating better and exercising. i want to lose weight and look and feel better but i also dont want to be this big for my birthday in May. 3 years ago i got down to 170lbs but gained again after that and i dont want to be there again. my highest was 240lbs and that might not seem like alot for some ppl but when you are only 5feet 2inches tall thats quite round. I MUST DO THIS!!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
