I don't know why but I am ravenous today. I didn't get to eat dinner last night (very good friend of mine's mom passed away yesterday) and by the time I got home it was around 10:30pm. Instead of doing my normal bad habit of sitting down and eating something entirely not good I just went to bed.

Still trying to be good - just munched on a ton of baby carrots instead of hitting that apple pie that Evil Carl brought in :-P Although I am going to indulge on a Russel Stover SF candy that my co-worker gave me. It's about 50 calories - I think I deserve it!
