Good job journaling! This helps. It's like looking in the mirror while putting make-up on or styling your hair. We often exercise and don't look at what we really eat plus we know we're not happy with our body but what's the real truth. For example, a woman may hate her big butt, hips and thighs but the belly should be the first place to focus on which means fat burning and good diet. I've met women with unhealthy BMI and waist to height ratio that have a goal of toning only. They walk 3 times a week only with no knowledge that they won't reach their goals. Eventually they stop eating or do fad diets! Crazy huh? We know better now.
