I'm back down 2 pounds but still haven't reached my goal of 145. Getting a little sad...but still on course. I know it will take a little discipline maybe 1100 calories just for a dew days and the weight will come off and then the lifetime of eating right and making sure my portions are normal.
Thank heavens for this site. It helps so much to talk things out.

Don't worry, you'll get there. You've already come so far, it may take a little while longer, but you'll get there. Just look at how much you've accomplished so far!

I'll bet that if you cut out all the sodium you can for a couple of days (and no sugar, of course,) you'll be at or below 145 the next time you weigh. I couldn't believe how much water my body held onto when I first started watching my sodium intake. The first 2 days I drank 64 oz. of water and drastically lowered the salt, I was 5 lbs. lighter in 3 days. Maybe that would work for you. We're all pulling for you!!
