I definitely need to lay off the carbs! I can't seem to get my diet balanced to 50% carbs or less lately. I am bout to jog for a bit then come home and settle in for a 2 hour biggest loser. I plan on doing my ab exercises during the commercials! I incorporate a weight and it really makes me sweat!
I just planned my menu for tomorrow. I am trying to cut back on carbs. I am hoping that tomroow is better than today (or this week for that matter)

Try to start the day with a protein-heavy breakfast. I changed my breakfast from yogurt (most calories from carbs) to low fat cottage cheese (most calories from protein) and since then I have been able to mostly keep my protein higher than I used to be able. I even had a few days where I had MORE protein than carbs. I was amazed. You'll probably find you have more energy that way too.

I actually started that today. I love malt o meal but the carbs are just too high. Today I had 2 egg whites with fat free cheese and turkey bacon, whole wheat english muffin with sugar free preserves and coffee with a splash of milk and some honey! We'll see how it goes today! I am really aiming for keeping my carbs under 45 per meal and 15 per snack.
