Thanks for the support guys. Its hard to be happy when I was losing so steadily before... trying to keep an good attitude but life has been sucky lately and now I just feel down. I should probably start tracking again :-(

Tracking always helps me. 100% sticking to the plan and tracking helped me lose 25 pounds

Tracking is key for me. I can see what foods make me bump up or down. Stick with us...we're all in this together!

Even if you are not watching what you eat, tracking is a good idea, so you can look back later on what you did or didn't do.

I have been trying to practice mindful eating and have moved away from tracking over time but I've been pretty stressed going through my separation so I think my mind has been other places and its hard to feel my level of fullness now if that makes sense. I see I haven't been eating enough during the day and then over compensating at night. Thanks for all the suggestions!
