Still working on trying to get the scale to come down. I am back to full training and had 4 good days of working out last week and have already ran, biked and swam this week Sun and Monday. I am feeling my muscles get firmer and the thin feeling come back as I work off my extra 5 lbs from the holiday season.
We have a lot of good healthy foods in the house too so that is going pretty well too. I just need to keep my head in the game while going out to eat or for get togethers, etc! That is really what undoes my progress and gives me gains.
