it's been a year so I endulged in desserts last night. Why does the scale so easily jump almost 3 pounds in one day but it takes a month to drop the same amount? Not nice Not fair : ( Today is a fresh start : )
151.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The extra carbs just recharged your glycogen store; you'll drop it again fast.
