Water Fast Day #7
Today is my last day of my fast. My ketosis is still in large traces at 80mg/dL, that means that I could keep going to burn more fat, but I will end the Water Fast today as planned, I would prefer resume my gym exercises than just fasting to get rid of my fat left.
I have a white coat on my tounge since today and the usual bad feeling in my mouth, but this is part of the detox process so I'm not surprised.
Tomorrow I'll break my fast with a watermelon day, not really looking forward to it, but not big deal I guess.

119.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
