So camping over new years is going to be hard to stick to this. Don't have the fridge and food Available like normally. Got to stick to eating canned food, fish, and BBQs. Will try to stay away from the chips, lollies ect but can't see myself staying off the beers... It is camping/new years and that means a lot of beer will be consumed. Another thing will be chopping wood and lots of outdoors activities so i will be more active and hopefully not have a gain after the 3 days. I guess only time will tell but I will not be keeping a Diary for my eating as there will be no Internet.

Any tips on what to eat while camping and other things to take into consideration?

I think you just gotta do the best you can. If you're going for canned goods, then they'll all have nutritional info printed on them. Maybe try to prepare a little from home. Get nutritional info on the beers, cans and stuff like that. This way you can do an offline food log. Also, try to write down your exercise. Then, when you come home, enter all the stuff. It'll help you better understand why you lost (or didn't) so much weight while camping. :)

I guess there is nothing stopping me writing down what I have eaten and then entering it later on. I have found a good beer which is very low Carb (Pure Blonde Maxx) so will try to pick up some of those before we go. Will also need to take as much fresh water as i can.
