I know this is gonna sound really dumb and I apologize in advance, but can someone explain to me how the exercise log works and what I should be looking for? I journal my daily activity best I can but I really dont understand what the numbers mean or what my daily goal should be?? Thanks for your help FS friends and have a wonderful day!!

When you enter an activity in your exercise journal, the number is calories burned for that activity. At the top of your food diary, it will show calories consumed and calories burned - and the far right column shows the difference between the two. FS seems to overestimate calories burned for activities - but it is all relative. Look for a deficit of 300-500 calories daily in the far right column of your food diary when you look at the full diary.
