Hi all, hope you are having a good weekend.
I had a bit of a cheat day today, but I didn't go too mad. We had a Chinese and I had a bit of everything. I am also having some dark chocolate as a treat too. The reason for the cheat day is a think I needed it! I have had a crappy week with one thing and another and my hormones are playing havoc too!

If you need it, then go for it! I did see a video one time on YouTube that suggested that a cheat meal was a better plan than a whole cheat day, though. It's surprising how much you can eat and drink in a day if you go for it! Knowing you, I'm sure your cheating was within reasonable limits however 😁😁

Life still happens and we need to have the odd meander off the plan now and again. It gets a bit boring otherwise.

Yes Heidi i did try to stay within limits, went over by 200 Cals, so not too bad. Mcmcd i agree it can get boring, i think that's why i just had to have a few treats. Almost back to normal today and feeling slightly better in mood 😆

It's cheat days that help me stick to my diet - if that makes any sense!

Actually Doobrie it does! I just had to do it yesterday or i think i would have just pigged out at some point. I still felt in control and didn't over eat. Weigh in tomorrow, just hope i am not too disappointed 😣

Know the feeling. You sound positive and do this hadn't knocked you back too much. But don't beat yourself up, just being here shows that you mean business. Good luck with tomorrow' s weigh in, but Idon't think you will need it ⭐
