yesterday I had way too much food after dinner, I should quit eating nuts and seeds and cacao in general, they are addictive to me!

I can so relate as I have been eating a lot more "healthy" salty fatty foods myself.

Nuts, seeds and Cacao are so yummy and addictive especially after dinner as they are dense foods and hard to digest . It is so wonderful that you are aware of your habit.
Enjoy your day Pizza lover :)

Yeah, nuts are generally considered a healthy food, but once you start overdoing it.. not quite so beneficial anymore. Best to measure out a serving and put the package/container back in the cupboard! ;)
