Walked 3.3 miles this morning. Haven't been on here much the last couple days, but all is well....just busy like so many of you, esp. with DH home for the next week!! Funny how that just disrupts everything...LOL!!!

DH has another eye appt. tomorrow when they'll determine how his eye is healing and whether he'll require regular surgery. Let's hope not.

I tried that recipe for deep dish pizza quiche over the weekend and it's as fantastic as everyone says it is. Like most recipes, my own ingredients did not match up on calories or carbs compared to the printed recipe, but it was fairly close and fits into my plan just fine. My version was higher by 54 calories, 2.09 TC, and 1.69 NC....all per serving.

I need to fill in the rest of Saturday's foods, but I can't seem to get a custom food entered there right now....will have to wait until next Saturday when it will allow me to add something for a week ago. You'd think there should be a way to do this, but no matter how I go about it, it won't let me.

As for yesterday's foods, I'm not entering any of it (DH birthday lunch at a restaurant). I'd have to do an estimate for lunch and I'd probably be way off. If I keep the day as a "no entry", my monthly averages won't be skewed by a partial day. I'll probably have 1 more day like that...Christmas Eve.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree that pizza thing is amazing. AND, it is totally frustrating that when trying to catch up like that, you can't get it to go on that many days ago...I couldn't figure it out either, that's a very frustrating Glitch in the system I would say! Well, I hope DH has a good check up, so no more surgery!
