Okay, so a little bummed today when I weighed and found that I gained 2 pounds back. I didn't think I did anything wrong this week, however, I just discovered that I had pistachio nuts and macadamia nuts mixed up...pistachio nuts have a lot of carbs!! I haven't eaten very many of them, but I did have some here and there within the last week. Also, there could be other issues affecting the weight gain...a monthly issue, plus I was sick this week and took some Tylenol Sinus pills a couple days, plus Nyquil (which I assume has some sugar in it). So, hopefully, it will all go back the other way within a couple days! Here's hoping!
