Naming one taco place in Texas is pretty much sacrilege, best taco joint in each city would probably be moar fare.  

i live in Austin Texas and yes there is a taco truck on every corner and we love it  

The one for Minnesota is no place I have ever heard of... 

I have a favorite taco truck here too. At work, I went to lunch everyday with a musician, Hispanic friend, and he knew all the "exclusive Mexican" restaurants. I loved it, even if people wondered, "who is the big, well dressed gringo!  

Same here Phil! Los Angeles is like tacos = one on every street corner. If not more. Some of the "worst" neighborhoods have some of the most AMAZING food!!! And the old adage is true: look where the locals are eating, and eat there. That's where you'll find the best stuff! 

HCB, I should move to Minnesota and open a taco truck.. I make millions hahaha  

I'll go in halfsy with you, Red, two Texans running a Minnesota taco truck can't go wrong! My wife wanted tacos last night, but we were too lazy to drive twenty miles. Heck, I need to open a taco truck in my home town, we don't have anything like that close. Business opp right in front of me! I'm making carnitas this morning, drool drool.

I've been to the one in Des Moines that's on the list but it is no longer in business. It is now a Honduran restaurant. Little tiny hole in the wall place that had awesome tacos and cheap too. Sad to see it go..... 

Funny, I posted this just for the pics of all the delicious tacos. My friend, Kathy makes amazing Mexican food. Not Hispanics, but she speaks fluent Spanish because she taught it with me at the same school.

The one in Minnesota is located in NE Minneapolis, they have a food truck that often is located at any of the micro breweries in NE Minneapolis....
