Survived Halloween without it haunting me according to this mornings scales.
283.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 118.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job. I gained about 4 lbs since this time last week but I was back on track yesterday and looking forward to dropping them in no time.
