Well it turns out i have PCOS. Nice to finally know whats going on with me, with some issues I have been having for a long time. But scary that the doctor says that its harder for people with this to lose weight and I guess i basically need no to eat carbs. Guess I have to figure out a new diet plan. Kind of makes me feel like i will never get a control of this. Anyone else have PCOS have any tips?
