Hitting my next 10 pound starting point is a big deal to me. I want to pick up pace a bit but 1/2 pound toward my goal weight is a step forward or should I say downward!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
