Well, that's a small miracle. Haven't been eating the best since my last weigh in and haven't been feeling the best, so I didn't calorie count at all on the weekend, but I managed not to overeat and huzzah, my weight is down just a little.
But I think my biggest goal should be to start exercising regularly. Things have been slightly crazed the past few months that I haven't gotten my lazy ass to start a routine yet.
