Didn't weigh today. I also ate quite a bit of junk, but I missed breakfast so my calorie count evened out. Not the best route, I know, but tomorrow will be better. I did drink all my water and do my challenges at the gym today though, so at least I sort of felt like I redeemed myself. I think everything is gonna be just fine!
