Well another day another hopeful 1lb lost ... did really well again yesterday and actually controlled my hunger when I got home. I had to heat up my meal from the other night and it was going to take awhile, I just patiently waited. Also had thoughts on my way home of a lovely battered sausage and chips and thought … well why am I craving this and will it really help..? The answer was a sound NO! So I didn’t have it and had enjoyed my dinner just as much as I would have enjoyed the battered sausage but without the guilt or hatred.

It’s getting really cold over here at the moment and so have left the heating on at home so its nice and warm when I get back. Not getting back till late as seeing my friend for dinner, getting a marks and sparks “fuller for longer” ready meals. They are so yummy and all below 600cals which is perfect. Actually have quite a good week ahead of me. Going to the theatre and have my office xmas party and it’s the strictly final this sat which I am v excited about! Yay!
