I haven't been on here for a long time. I am a big crossfitter and cyclist now. I have gained a lot of muscle/strength! :) Now I am trying to cut my body fat.
I was also just diagnosed with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea - so I am trying to figure out how what I eats will effect that.
