Yesterday didn't go too well, not because of the TV, but because of my joints. I did manage to get in 1 1/4 hours of zumba, but that was it for yesterday. I feel better today, so we'll see. I hope to do it all, but it started out fine yest and just got worse as I tried to workout. This cold weather really sucks sometimes. Well, off to zumba-land! Have a great day everyone! :-)

Have a great workout. If you can't finish a workout take it down a notch and see how that feels. Better to take it easy then to overdo it. That could cause worse injuries. Way to stay determined.
