Morning friends! Yesterday was another good day for me in terms of following my diet and doing the Seven Day Whatever it Takes! Challenge. Unfortunately the scale has chosen to show a slightly higher number this morning but I'm taking it in stride. I've still dropped weight since I came back to Fat Secret on the 28th of December and for that I'm grateful! I am in a better mood lately and I think that has to do with my diet. Fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, less sugar-- it's having a positive impact on me.

DIET:
B: Yummy Egg beaters omelet w/ veggies & cheese, fat free milk,
L: Plain yogurt w/ fresh blackberries mixed in, black coffee,
S: Polly-o string cheese, Jell-o sugar free snack pack,
D: Tilapia and mixed veggies for dinner (with milk as drink). No sugar added fudgsicle for dessert.

WATER:
Got in about 4 glasses of water; shooting for 5 today!

EXERCISE:
Walked dogs, did leg stretches and lifted light weights while watching TV; still eagerly anticipating the arrival of my workout DVDs!!!

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) My 11 year old Toyota continues to be reliable and keeps me from having to take on a car payment
2) It's payday at my work
3) Dayquil! It's helping me get through work while I'm still fighting this nasty cold

I hope everyone continues to stay warm and make healthy decisions today!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow Chris looks like you're really on the ball with this. That's great and when your dvd's come in watch out. You won't believe the success you will have. Your menu sounds good. I like Talipia and that's an easy meal too. I'll have to get some for myself. I have a toyota too and I love it. Enjoy your day and stay motivated!
